Welcome to the official site of the Handicapper General. This site honours our wonderful country and our beloved Handicapper General, Diana Moon Glampers. Due to the 211th, 212th, and 213th Amendments to the Constitution, (Found in the 'About' section), and to the unceasing vigilance of agents of the Handicapper General, everyone is equal. Our goal is to assure residents that we are the most equal country in the world. We take it to the next level when it comes to equality. We assure that no individual is smarter, stronger, better looking, better sounding and more economically advanced than anyone else.  We surpass the ancient times unlike our neighbouring countries.  We have developed an invincible system to keep everyone feeling secure and confident, for no one will ever surpass them. We have shaped the future and this method of governing will only grow and spread around the globe. Together, we can reassure the world that being equal is what it really is all about.
